I was privileged to lead a workshop on how churches can co-create social enterprises with the community that they are seeking to serve, plus considering the phenomenon of charities moving along the spectrum from donor-led, through earned income to social enterprise. The event brought together some great speakers from a wide range of Christian social enterprises and the massive American 'business for good' Chick-fil-A.
