Nick was privileged to be invited to speak at the Hays Macintyre Bi-annual Charity Update spring seminar on 10th March 2021.
Around 200 charity leaders joined the webinar to hear him provide advice and insights on principles of change management within charities, with a particular emphasis on the impact of the covid-19 pandemic.
He included an exploration of the distinctiveness of change within charities, the vital role of leadership, triggers for change and steps to ensure that organisations don't backslide afterwards.
